General Description
|
Founded over 30 years ago, the Apavou Group started as a property company at Reunion Island. During the last 15 years a natural evolution has brought the group towards the hotel industry.
The Apavou Group has more than 2000 employees and is now present in two of the major sectors of the development of Reunion Island and Mauritius.
Its trades have developed in the same manner the environment has. Offering living and leisure spaces has now become its core business.
It is today known as “Apavou Immobilier”, the first private operator in the construction of buildings in Reunion Island.
Strong of its 15000 lodgings built, it also owns and manages the rental of 3000 housings and 115000 square meters of business properties such as offices, shops, industrial and tourist premises.
During these years it has developed a unique expertise as a complete service provider, especially in the sector of tax release in Reunion Island where it is today an active promoter.
In the tourism sector, it is third in Mauritius. “Apavou hotels and Residential Hotels” parade a philosophy of service: that is, fully satisfying each and every guest by offering them a universe that corresponds to their needs. |
